Our couriers offer a cost effective, reliable courier service to Ireland & UK.
It is backed up by parcel tracking on courier site.
We charge a flat rate of €15 per shipment in Ireland and €20 per shipment to UK.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our handling & despatch time for orders for which we have received full payment is 3-7 days.
If you need your order sooner let us know and we will expedite it.
Once your goods are dispatched, you will receive a track and trace number which you can use on http://www.fastway.ie/courier-services/track-your-parcel
please note our orders are custom-made for you, and may require more time to produce with that care we like to take.
for unusual size*shipments we may need to increase P&P charges. These take labour & time to do well.
order & shipments to EU countries* will need to be priced on an order by order basis for best P&P price.
Returns policy
Please contact info@qfc.ie within 14 days of receipt If any custom made item arrives with any form of damage or fault. We will supply a replacement to the exact specification ordered.
We will not be able to offer a refund or a replacement to a different specification.
The buyer is responsible for return & postage costs.
If the returns issue is due to an error on our part, or damage in transit, you will not be charged for return shipping. But we do require a photo of any items or packaging that arrived in questionable condition.
