This is the tunic of the seminal chef John Murray which is currently hanging in the Hotel, Culinary and Tourism department in the IT in Tralee.
It is the one he wore as a judge in the WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) in NZ in 2006.
We kept the design minimal but different.
